Bag was all ripped up before crew attempted to pick up bag. As crew was transporting bag, it continued to rip. It was a heavy traffic time so crew was unable to attempt to cleanup yard waste mess from ripped bag.

Potholes in alley have been reported multiple times. The road crew filled them with gray ash/dirt (not gravel), which promptly washed away leaving the potholes remaining. Please consider refilling these with gravel this time. Thank you.
