Dogs are being kept in really really poor living conditions here. I work replacing windows, and when I went to this house it smelled like it had never been cleaned and some of these dogs look like they’ve never left their cages.

This man is going to cause an accident or he’s gonna get run over by a car. He’s been on the street corner for well over a year almost every day he’s getting more and more bold going out into the traffic. This is unacceptable behavior if this was IU student in front of a fraternity house on third street, this would never been allowed to go on.

This tree is going to fall on my vehicles, my neighbor’s vehicle and possibly our houses. The root system is showing. It needs to be cut down. I’m not sure why it was even kept when most of this was cut down for the new complex being built across the street. It appears as if some of it is dead.

They google nest cameras in the house talkimg to me all night .. treating me taken my hair its in the water here shit and blood of theres and hair removal in all my hygen.. And stolen propty here .. Also my x said hes setting me up here in this house that its for Amanda carpenter . That ots a detecives house .. I go to work and here and meetings on camera amd they have me on live camera to tvs and peoples labtops and phones .. people drive by me make fun of me and hurt when im sleeping .. The street lights need to be reangled or shielded so the light shines only onto the intersection and stops blinding the houses at the intersection. The light on the southwest corner is particularly bad due to the height of the land and the angle of the light. We issued several complaints when the intersection was re-done and nothing has ever been done. The light pollution is terrible at this intersection and there is no reason it should be brighter than even Walnut and Winslow. Please install light shields to angle the lighting properly.
