Major numerous pot holes every time it rains year round between Woodstock and E. Southdowns, Bloomington.
Dead tree limbs, dead flora, conbustable waste, decaying wood logs, spread all over the property. Owner purposely piling conbustable waste along the property lines. Violates 6.06.020 Bton Code of Ordinances
Owner collected yard waste, conbustable waste, into large burn pile on their private property. The burn pile is added to each year, and is never disposed of. Violation of Bton Code 6.06.020 The collection of conbustable waste is used to spread and scatter along public side walk and private property lines.
Owner permitting and allowing garbage and recyclable materials, to collect in yard waste scattered over the property. 6.06.020
Owner has made no attempt to dispose of fallen leaves, or any dead yard waste (limbs, flora, broken fence materials, tree logs). The leaves grow and spread fungus and disease. The trees lining the public street and sidewalk, have been affected by this fungus, and have disease and pests. THe Bton leave collection program, cleaned up High Street, on 12/14/2020, and this property did not have leaves collected into a pile along the curb for collection. 6.06.020 ordinance violation
Driveway contains RV that has not moved in 3 years.
Large piles of firewood, placed along the property line, along a wood fence, along side of house. The firewood is intermixed with other conbustable waste collected. Firewood is too close to house (should be 30 ft away), too close to wood fence, too close to property line/ neighbor's fence. Fire Hazard suspected, especially in 2020, a long time without rain, 56 days.
This property collects water in its basement, owner disposes of water by running a hose tube, to the property line, which causes soil erosion, utility pole erosion, and water on public sidewalk.
