Resident called in to say that we forgot her recycling. She gave the address of 3801 E. Tamarron Drive. We verified this address to which she agreed. The Director went out and looked for address over 1 hr to which he could not find. Called resident back and she said that her address is actually 3801 E. Callery Court. She stated that we must have made the mistake. - ddh

Lots and lots of dog droppings all around property (not just at this building). Caller has complained to management.
It has been like this for two months since moving in and nothing has been done.
