Home has been abandoned for several years. It is not secured (openings and a broken window present). The interior is in a state of demolition. Gutters have trees growing in them. Shed is unsecured. Rear fence fallen over. Debris pile in rear yard.
Mr. Yoak said the property has been vacant for 3 months. The yard is full of trash, old tires, and junk. Please call Mr. Yoak with the status of the property.
Resident called and said we missed the recycle, I sent Roger Todd out to get and he said it is all mixed like trash so he discussed with resident how to do it. Next time we will not take it.
