Yard has not been mowed. It appears that the house is vacant. I think this is one of the fringe areas and unsure if this falls under HAND jurisdiction

There is a hornets nest near the path through the trees. Many people including kids have been stung by them. The chase people off the trail.
Overgrown and downed trees, weeds, yard. No apparent tenant for at least more than two years. We are unable to contact the owner.
Neighbor does not cut grass or clean up debris from storms. This grass is now about 2 feet in height in some areas of the front and back yard.
After a storm 2 months ago, neighbor has yet to clean up all the tree debris. We constantly have to move the branches/trees back on to the yard because it moves into our street where we cannot drive.

Drain line Backing up in house, while in past you have said our drain lines are seperate from street drains, our yards drains, drain into the house drains so which system do they drain too? asI'm backed up once again.
water was turned off for non-payment while I was out of town, subsequently received a letter that water would be turned off after July 11 if I did not pay. I paid immediately but no one available to turn on because it's a weekend, EVEN THOUGH TURNED OFF BEFORE SHUTOFF DATE??!!!?
Trash is in between fences at back of property. We have permission from the homeowner at 430 S. Westwood to go onto her property and look. They are throwing pet waste over fence into easement.
eastbound on Tapp Rd. between Leonard Springs and I69 there is a tree branch hanging low enough to hit the windshield of a 2008 Honda Civic coupe.
