Trash from trash containers (which are left out after Tuesday trash day) is blowing around the neighborhood. Also the property accross the street from 420 N. Jackson is a storage bldg. the ravine behind the bldg is full of trash.
Ms. Kent called to report that her water has been cloudy for approx. 2 weeks. It clears up somewhat when she lets water run. She does not want to let water run a lot for fear of running up her bill. She would like someone to flush hydrant to see if water clears up. If it doesn't, she would like test run to see if water is okay.
Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
