There is a north/south alley that runs between 7th & 8th Streets behind Keller Heating & Cooling. There is another east/west alley that intersects the n/s alley ending in the Johnson Creamery parking lot. Sharon states that one of their employee trucks were recently hit using these alleys. Sharon feels that the intersection is dangerous if you have vehicles coming from different directions. 1301 has "conditions of approval to pave drive-way" that have not been met. Public Works received complaint from Bob Branam of 1219 S. Stull who has stone from 1301 washing into the drainage ditch in front of his house. Causes flooding to his yard & home every time it rains. See attch'd for more info.
Are the 3 daycares on S. Stull (1301, 1313 and 1315) all legally non-conforming. See attc'd for more info.
Weeds & bushes here are so bad that people have to walk out into the street to get past.
