Hello, my name is Riley Donaldson. I am a homeowner at 1612 West 8th Street. I have been trying to use your guys's page you report website on my phone for the past several days to report an issue, but it keeps malfunctioning at the same instance. Um, do you guys might want to talk to that a but be the issue I'm trying to report is that my neighbor at 1650 likes to just leave his trash cans on my property home right now. They're sitting on the front edge of my property with a microwave on top of them that he obviously tried to throw away and you know, the trash Cruise did not take it because it's a large Appliance So currently he's got his junk microwave and his trash bins on my property and I would like you guys to do something about that please dead. This is a consistent problem with this gentleman, and I'm not sure if fines are getting through to him. So whatever you guys have to do to make him get his s*** together would be awesome. Thank you very much. Bye.
Hi At the intersection of Walnut and Wylie street, there is a white Chrysler town and country that has been sitting there for months. Plate For the van is 691TEL out of Indiana. The van is also parked on a yellow curb.
A truck apparently lost two loads of branches on Rogers Street. Motorists had to drive around them as they were blocking the road. Someone then placed them in our yard. We have no way of dealing with this.
Maroon Pontiac Grand Prix blocking a shared drive(4 homes use it) and has been there for over an hour already. I can't use my car because it is blocked. Temporary plates on the vehicle, as seen in photo

This morning, I was attacked by a dog at 3101 N Kingsley Dr, Bloomington, IN 47404. The property owner left the dog in the front yard unattended while he was inside the home. I hollered for the owner when I saw the unrestrained dog coming toward me. The owner came out of the house through the front door and went towards his dog as it approached me. His dog attacked me in the road before the owner was able to restrain him and put the animal back in the home. Last week, my daughter was attacked by the same animal at the same location. I was not present when she was attacked but she described a similar situation of the dog being unattended outdoors and the owner was nowhere to be found. I would like to formally file a complaint about this pet owner and request an animal control officer communicate with him about his rights and responsibilities, as well as consequences for not abiding the rules.
The city water connection that is in my back yard is leaking water directly into ground, and charging me for it. If you pull off the top and remove the insulation in the iron-topped hole where water shutoff is, you will hear the constant leakage, and you can see it spraying out into the damp earth. No idea how long its been happening, but clearly for a while. It has the insulation wet, and that will freeze and cause further problems soon.
Last two Sundays Switchyard park especially the playground has been covered in trash. The best part is that there have been multiple parks employees standing around some "picking up trash" in the same small area for long periods of time. Not sure if this is a "not my job" situation but it really wouldn't take much time if employees showed motivation in cleaning up the park.
This pothole is not visible from a distance and is very dangerous. I was going 15 mph since it is right by the stoplight at Jordan and Atwater and my back rear tire popped and the front passenger rim is completely bent. My car was undrivable and required roadside assistance to get it towed. I now need to have two tires, a rim and wheel replaced as well as a complete alignment done on my car. I am now left without a car for a week, I am forced to pay nearly $1000 in damages to my car and as a full time student who also works part time, this is a very large sum of money. The city needs to fix this quickly so that it does not happen to anybody else.
