Customer received and called to say he would be by to pick up a hard cpy. Customer provided hard copy of data with a cover letter at 12:00, 1/25/99.

Received fax: "There has been a Rumpke garbage can overturned in the alley between my home and 611 N. Washington for 3 days; a bottle has broken and the broken glass is in the alley. The residents have made no efforts to clean this up."
