Not sure who deals with this - city, county or state- but the I-69 sign on the southbound lane at Leonard Springs and Tapp is barely visible due to tree limbs - needs to be moved away from that tree as this happens every year even if you trim that tree.

HIT WATER SERVICE LINE AND IT IS LEAKING

There needs to be an I 69 sign here at the corner of Tapp Rd and Leonards Springs for motorists traveling north on Leonard Springs Rd. There is one for motorists traveling south on Leonard Springs but not one for those traveling North. With lots of new people moving here it would be very helpful.

The 2 traffic circles on either side of I 69 off of Tapp Rd and dangerous. There is no reflective paint around the circle. At night you can not see the circle and I have driven over it since I cant see the boarder. I'd like to see reflective paint around the circle for safety
