Overgrowth of brush and trees making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk.Property can be identified by a lot of tiger lillies in the landscaping. Resident wishes to remain anonymous but provided phone number to answer further questions if needed.
Please see attached photo. This location is at 10th and Park and has been reported to the IU Grounds Dept. as a tripping hazard. The gray bucket is there to indicate a bus pickup for the Boy Scouts that are in town but the metal and the sandbags are blocking the sidewalk, our crews moved the items off the sidewalk and into the homeowners yard. Resident put trash out for collection too late due to holiday. Claimed PW clerical was rude when she called. Admitted it was her mistake but insisted trash should be collected.
