Bus parks next to outside eating area and is left running. Would like yo see them park farther back by hobby lobby or further forward, but right next to the outside eating area is ridiculous. I don't enjoy having my lunch and having to yell just to talk to someone next to me.

Hello, I was biking north on S Walnut St. in the bike lane around 3:30pm on Friday afternoon. A BT bus passed me and then immediately pulled over in the bike lane to stop near Smith Ave. This alone is unacceptable, as the driver could have simply waited a few seconds to pull over instead of cutting me off. I was able to bike around the bus, but again, as we were approaching the 3rd St. intersection and the bike lane was disappearing, the bus passed me again. At the intersection, the bus was going to turn right onto 3rd, so I waited for the bus to turn, but then he waited for me to continue straight. I passed the bus on the right side and the driver (older white man) was clearly annoyed at me. I support transit, but this interaction was uncomfortable and not how busses should interact with cyclists, especially on a busy corridor.

Hello - there is a very loud phone ringing noise that originates at a car lot on S. Walnut Street (I think it comes from Royal Toyota South). I live about 2,000 feet away on Somersbe Place off of S. Rogers. I can hear the phone ring inside my house with the doors and windows closed. This is a rather annoying noise carrying over a great distance. Will you please work with the City and the car lot to put an end to this offensive noise creating a nuisance for everyone living within a given radius of the car lot? Thanks!

"Dear Mr. Hamilton, As my council representative has been ineffective and unsuccessful in dealing with this problem, I am calling on your office for help. For over two years the resident of 1316 South Palmer Avenue has been running a used car lot at his house. There are usually no less than six cars parked in front of his house and across the street from his house at any one time. At least one or two usually have no plates. In addition, his yard is a total mess. He doesn't care about the trash that accumulates in it. If this were a problem in Elm Heights, it would have been taken care of in one day. I understand that one can sell a car from one's property, but this man needs to find a lot that is zoned for selling multiple used cars, and move his business to that place. Please help in moving this used car lot from our street. It is an eye sore and it brings down my property value. I am writing to complain about being towed from Bedrak Cafe parking lot at 8:30p by Tow Time and being charged $215. This is an extortion rate. The Bedrak Cafe has signs posted but you cannot see them when it is dark. They are tiny and dark in color. We were not given warning that we would be towed and then to be charged such an exorbitant amount is unreasonable. My fiance met me and we had 2 other friends that parked there. We were gone from our cars less than 20 minutes and 3 of the 4 cars were gone and the 4th one was in the process of being towed. The towing company has to be lying in wait for anyone to park there and then stealing your car and charging you this astronomical price. He then basically threatened us stating if we did not pay him immediately that it would cost us $20-40 more and that we would have to make an appointment to get the cars back at their convenience. This is extortion, we felt intimidated, and backed into a corner. Then on top of this he tells us that he has a contract with the owner of Bedrak Cafe to keep the lot cleaned out of all cars except when they are open. So how much of a kick back is Bedrak getting from Tow Time. And where is Tow Time located. I could not find a Bloomington address for Tow Time. What is the city regulations on parking and fees for being towed? This makes the city of Bloomington look very bad. No one will want to go down town if you cannot park in a lot where the business is closed. This is outrageous!

Loud industrial noises all through the day and night. Police said they cannot do anything because this is a business. Constant noise can be heard clearly from nearby apartments (especially southernmost apartments of The Willows Townhouses and Hilltop Court apartments), and even homes 0.5 miles away in Westpoint neighborhood. Advised that this is a batch production that the business Organized Living started on Monday and will continue through Thursday. This is not the first time they have done this days' long process that interrupts both sleep and daytime sanity. Machine in question is outdoors and at the northwest corner of the building, nearest to the populated area.

I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this?
