This is residents third trash write up since 7-19-2011 and fifth write up this year. Today resident was written up for the can exceeding the size limit of 35 gallons and bags/cans not having stickers attached.

Huge pothole and/or street falling apart at edge
Resident has been written up numerous times for trash related violations.
Tag on front of building in two spots
1111 S. Washington front yard so overgrown strollers and wheelchairs cannot get over weeds that have fallen onto public sidewalk. Also may attract snakes, rodents, and other unwanted wildlife. Heightened allergy issues for neighbors, especially children.
