There's a huge wasp or hornet nest in a tree along the sidewalk/path. It's the last tree on the pathway (where the road ends), on the west side of the road. Many people walk along this path. Thank you in advance.

Our water usage volume has almost tripled in Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023 compared to Oct, Nov and Dec of 2022.From about 11K gallons to around 33K gallons per month. Something does not seem right. I believe our facilities manager did have a plumbing company look to see if they could find any issue but I don't believe they did. Can someone take a look at this issue? Pot hole at the end of my driveway, multiple layers of asphalt missing. Includes section that is 8in x 15 in (wxl) and 5 in deep with no asphalt and hole goes all the way down to gravel. Looks like some repaving work nearby will soon happen so probably a good time to fill it.

High weeds and grass. This yard hasn’t been cut for weeks, if not months.
This morning, I was attacked by a dog at 3101 N Kingsley Dr, Bloomington, IN 47404. The property owner left the dog in the front yard unattended while he was inside the home. I hollered for the owner when I saw the unrestrained dog coming toward me. The owner came out of the house through the front door and went towards his dog as it approached me. His dog attacked me in the road before the owner was able to restrain him and put the animal back in the home. Last week, my daughter was attacked by the same animal at the same location. I was not present when she was attacked but she described a similar situation of the dog being unattended outdoors and the owner was nowhere to be found. I would like to formally file a complaint about this pet owner and request an animal control officer communicate with him about his rights and responsibilities, as well as consequences for not abiding the rules.
On the corner of Briarcliff and North Kingsley it appears that a sewer line has been damaged in some way and and is coming out of the ground. There was some recent utilities work done on this corner in the summer.
