Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. Hoarding! Lots of items in the yard uncovered. This has been an eye-sore for YEARS. The city refuses to do anything about this. My property value has declined due to this unsightly issue. Not to mention the rodents, snakes and bugs that call this place a home. Shame on them and shame on the city for continually allowing this!
