Call received to HAND from adjacent property owner. There is also a uReport under address 812 W 3rd that is duplicative. People are living year-round in an RV parked on an unimproved surface at 220 S. Maple Street. They have been there for about 18 months. I previously reported them to H.AN.D. and the city's legal department. There are also 3-5 other cars parked in the small property lot at all times. The man is apparently fixing cars for others. Various articles and garbage bags are often strewn about. Their has been many domestic violence and nuisance reports to the police and fire department during this time.

Like no water no school school zone signs or school crossing right there for the kids coming from the school there is no school zone sign anywhere on 17th Street or the one coming down the hill

The tennis courts have cracks running through them and there are large weeds growing inside the tennis court fences.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. There is a small pot hole developing on the BLine trail heading West on the right side moving West. It's just about half way between Fairview St. and Moravec Way. Dangerous for all community members! Small now, but soon to be larger as pot holes go!

My name is Nick Pejeau, and I'm an IU Health employee representing our Trauma Services Community Outreach program, Stepping On. The program seeks to reduce fall risks for elderly adults. One of our class participants reported concerns for fall hazards due to unearthing and uneven sidewalks in their neighborhood where they walk to the grocery. They did not give me an exact location but said, "The first one is on Kinser Pike, somewhere between N Skyline Dr and W Parrish Rd., I think. The second one, the one with cane for scale, is on W Parrish Rd. between Kinser Pike and Kroger." I've attached the picture they submitted to me. Thank you.

The curbs for the new bump-outs on Weatherstone need painted a bright color. It is hard for drivers to see the change in the road, especially at night, and if hit, would cause vehicle damage.

Has been sitting for over 3 months. Tags expired 3 years ago. Property is doing nothing, has been reported 4 times. Animals are breeding in it. Other residents have said it’s been sitting for a couple years now.
