Poplar tree on S.W. corner of Wilson & Stull drops leaves all over yard of house close by. (not sure if 701 is correct address for location of tree) Complaintant said unable to keep yard clean due to this tree. Assume they want owner of tree to cut tree. Complaintant has not talked to owner personally.
MR. FLINN REPRESENTS RAYMOND MOORE ENTERPRISES, INC. HE FEELS THAT THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR THE USE OF A HYDRANT METER IS TOO HIGH. HE BELIEVES THAT CBU SHOULD NOTIFY HIM WHEN RENTAL REACHES A SIZABLE AMOUNT.
MR. LEDDY OWNS A HOME AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS. HE HAS A DRAINAGE PIPE THAT BLACKWELL CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPER, PUT IN THE REAR OF HIS PROPERTY. THE AREA BY THE OUTLET IS COMPLETELY ERODED AND NEEDS STABILIZED. HE HAS CALLED HIS STATE REPRESENTATIVE.
Pile of debris between the tree in the north yard and 425 1/2.

Huge pole sign on site - grabs your attention - distracting "Auto Heaven".
KOONTZ IS CONCERNED WITH THE EAST/WEST ALLEY TO THE SOUTH OF HER PROPERTY. TRUCKS ARE USING THIS ALLEY AS CUT THROUGH AND SOMETIMES PARK IN THE ALLEY FOR PERIODS OF TIME. KOONTZ WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A "NO TRUCK" SIGN INSTALLED FOR THE ALLEY DUE TO THE ALLEY NOT BEING WIDE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE TRUCKS. NOTE: KOONTZ STATED THAT REYNOLDS GROUP DAMAGED HER FENCE WHILE DOING WORK FOR THE CITY UTILITIES DEPT ON ROGERS STREET.
