There is 40 - 50 bags of trash in the alley beside 1314 S. Washington. The bags are now shoulder high and will attract rats soon. I believe the address may not be exact.

Perpetual dip in road. In the south bound lane of Weimer Rd. there is a perpetual pot hole patch eating dip. I have always been grateful for each time it is leveled out, but I notice it comes back again. My concern is that the sewer line runs parallel to this road and was wondering if there is a deeper problem that is eroding the sub-soil causing this reoccurring issue. Thank you
