Tim concerned that a closet built into a new home at this location was projecting too close to Clark St. I have tape-measured the approximate distance and believe ti meets the setbacks for the zone. Footer for detached garage is being dug to close to the property line. Plans show five foot set back. Also while digging footer owner hit some kind of concrete box and water is flowing into footer. Owner has a sump pump to get rid of the water.
