Sidewalk on N. Smith Rd for Shamrock Pointe Apartments has not been shoveled since first snow storm of this year, nor was it ever salted, forcing me as a disabled man to walk in streets.

Property owner is not shoveling sidewalk to the south of bloomingfoods & 5th 3rd bank
Sidewalks on the north side & west side of 5th 3rd bank left unshoveled & to ice over, forcing me to walk in street.

Pavers on sidewalk are sinking right next to some concrete. Down about 2 1/2”. Almost face planted. Right outside entrance to the Alley Bar
