Two large potholes in neighborhood. First is near intersection of Caray Ct and Claybridge Dr. Second is in Southern Oaks Dr (between Cedarwood Circle and Sare Rd). The landowner at this address has installed DIY compost collection system of structures in the city ROW adjacent to the property. The compost is poorly managed with anaerobic odors detectable 1/2 block away. In addition the area is immediately adjascent to a city storm drain such that nutrient runnoff from the compost is a major immediate concern. They also have allowed the invasive, noxious weed Johnson grass to grow up in the city ROW areas nearby as well as elsewhere on their property.
