Ms. Vernon is concerned and upset that Mr. Onkst's rental properties in the Fritz Terrace Addition are all very unkept, running down the neighborhood and decreasing property value in the area.

Kid City commendation. Her daughter and a friend attended 2 sessions of KC Outdoor this summer. It was a wonderful experience. Activities were creative and fun. Really enjoyed the camp-out @ Yellowwood. Especially impressed with the counselors - great role models. Keep up the good work! (see letter)

Writer wants to know why the 75-100 years old osage-orange tree that was in Ninth St Park was cut down. This was a beautiful tree, showed no signs of illness, and was one of the largest of its species left in the county. (see e-mail).
