My neighbor, directly across the street from me, has want looks like the entire contents of a restaurant sitting on this driveway, in front of his house and on the side of his house. This is in addition to 2 or 3 vehicles that do not run. The mess really needs to be cleaned up – it really looks terrible and property values are suffering. If you are not the correct department to contact about this problem would you please put in contact with the correct department?

Man called who lives at 613 E 12th St, says he walks in neighborhood and several undergrad homes along 11th near Park Ave extending to 12th St (near corner of Park & 11th) have trash on porch and in rear of home often, saw 2 giant rats last night, very concerned!!!

There is an unbelievable amount of trash stacked around the house and I worry that come warmer weather, this is going to create, not only a horrible smell, but a refuge for rodents. I'm not sure what you all can do about it but I know that they have been talked to in the past.
