Caller complains that house at 719 1/2 W. 3rd St. has a problem with trash blowing around the yard and into the neighbors.(Robert- see PM 801.5 I think you can make them, if they are using cans, use lids)
They don't put out their trash out. They have 4 people living there. There should only be 2.
Trash not put out. Trash stacked up, animals are getting into it, it's an eye-sore. Ms. Hart called owner (Johnie Edwards) & nothing has been done. Thinks tenant is Regina Stogdill & Ms. Hart has not spoken with her this time but has in past.
