2 minutes later, 6:11 pm 2/10/24, blcking the bike lane on washington between 2nd and 1st Sts. IL plate BE 32036. To be fair here, the guy leaning in the car sadi "sorry" to me. But the bike lane was still blocked. thanks!

Thanks again for the added patrol in this area. There two cars blocking the bike lane on my commute tonight. Hello! It's been a few weeks with no cars blocking the bike lane on my commute! Which has been awesome. Not sure if you all have actually tried to do something about it, or if it's just coincidence, but it's been nice. In the bike lane on the east side of Kingston near the old Marsh store, there is a large piece of what looks like fiberglass insulation over the storm grate blocking both the grate and the bike lane. Thanks for checking on it!

Hello- I was actually hit by a car on washington between 3rd and Smiths St's tonight, 3/7/24 a bit after 6 pm. A Porsche SUV driven by a college-aged female drove up next to me, then attempted to turn west onto Smith directly in front of me causing me to run into the passenger side door with my elbow and bike. I had a rear blinking light on, so this person had to have seen me as she approached. I'm fine; I yelled some very not-nice things and continued on my way. I know there's nothing to be done here, but in the interest of logging yet another incident in this area, I wanted to report. thanks again. Sorry, no picture.
