The curb that encloses the parking lot in front of Turquaz Cafe is a hazard to vehicles. It's very difficult to park in the provided spaces because there's a ditch meeting that much higher curb just behind it. It leaves too little room for drivers to maneuver out of a parking space and out of the lot. I often eat at this restaurant and several times have been blocked in due to trucks parking in adjacent spaces. This makes the already difficult task of maneuvering out of the space impossible. And I've damaged my car on the ditch and curb. At the very least, the spots should be labeled for compact cars only. Ideally, the curb would be removed and the lot repaved. we counted 12 cars driving in and out from this house. As stated in the first complaint, we are experiencing up to 40 cars a day at peak times in our neighborhood due to this large illegal retail business. The average is 20 cars a day, that is 100 cars a week and nearly 400 cars a month on average. We have several families with children and a public school bus stop near this home. As you can see, the roads are narrow, and this is a dangerous situation in our neighborhood. Please enforce the law and close this business for good. This man is boasting to to neighbors about how he uses the disabled spots. He is not disabled and parks on the lines for the ramp access. He also parks in between two spots making all the spots inaccessible. Please see address above to fine him and make this stop. Thank you so much for your time.

There is absolutely no parking available for residents who live at 1200 W Kirkwood Ave apartments. The resident who lives in 1208 1/2 has 6 different vehicles parked on N Pine Street and has made parking impossible for anyone else who lives here. I’m reporting this here as I’m not sure of anywhere else to report this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Numerous attempts to speak with the tenant have failed.

i am a wheelchair user who wants to bring to your attention the handicapped parking space on kirkwood right in front of the entrance to the Fountain Square Building. one of the spaces has grate and sunken and uneven pavement that makes it very difficult and somewhat dangerous to use a wheelchair in that space. i would suggest moving the accessible parking space or giving a permanent fix to the sunken space. contact me via email or phone if my description is confusing or if you are unable to find the problem i am talking about. thanks. gilbert marsh

The wheelchair accessible van parking spot on Morton at eighth Street is where I usually park to attend CCA meetings. Ironically, it is filled with snow. The snow plows seem to use the accessible parking spaces as snow storage spots. Unacceptable and inaccessible!
