The drive/alleyway to the left of my residence is unlit and pitch black at night. It is dangerous to walk to and from my car or trash bins at night. I spoke with my landlord and he said that it is city property. I would like some kind of streetlight or floodlight installed.

The streetlight is out on Kinser near 3651 North Kinser Pike.
Streetlight is blinking as if it has a bad sensor, failing bulb, or intermittent open circuit. Noticed during evening walk. Not urgent. Corner of Hillsdale and Seventh (south east side of this intersection). Thanks.
I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. Two lights out
The number of broken streetlights along Rogers and Kinser Pike is absolutely unreal. I counted at least ten between 2nd and Upper Cascades. Please also fix the two broken lights at 4th/Gentry and 4th/College.
