The house on the northwest corner of Faculty and Hunter have extremely overgrown weeds blocking the entire sidewalk. Went to the third street park with our child and the first thing we could saw was a couple with an open container of hard alcohol. As we were at the play ground it seemed they left but noticed they moved to the stage instead and were lying on their mats. It seemed they were living there. Our daughter usually likes to wander into the stage at some point but we had to tell her no and had to leave because we didn't feel safe. Mind you the police station is just behind this park and it seemed it was not being policed at all. People should not be able to use the parks as their residence. Could parks and rec please do something about this?
Near 412 w. 4th street is a meter someone has abandoned their bike for nearly a month with a flat tire. They've hung their bike around the meter but you could easily just remove it. Could this bike please be taken as it obviously has been abandoned and should not be attached to a meter anyway.
It appears that the "wildfowers" which were blocking the vision of drivers exiting Prospect Hill neighborhood on Euclid and Second street are back again this year!!!!! Sorry to complain again about the same problem, but it is a very dangerous effort to turn onto Second street from this corner due to the rise in the road which obstructs vehicles traveling from town toward 37 and with the patch of weeds growing next to the street, the oncoming cars cannot be seen until they are practically at the intersection. Surely the homeowner has not forgotten the complaint from last year, but it would be advisable to remind them of the dangerous situation before there are some serious accidents. Thank you for looking into this problem.
