Z & C Sushi recieved warning for similar violation Jan of 09. They apploed for temp sign permit on Monday March 1 were told on Tuesday March 2 that the proposed sign was too big and permit could not be granted. Sign was installed anyway.

Mr. Richard Clemmons, lives across street @ 1208 and called to complain about groundhogs all over 1205 and coming into his garage, he called animal control and they told him to call us, unless they enter his home. (?) At any rate he said the abandoned home has not been lived in for 10+ yrs and door is boarded up and he state looks like roof is caving at one corner.
