NOTICED 215 E 8TH HAS RAT BURROWS AND IS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD WORKING TO GET RATS EXTERMINATED. PLEASE ADDRESS AND CONTACT HER.
