This pond scum was not present from 2019 until this year. Regency multi family purchased the land about 2 years ago. Concerned about lawn chemicals and fertilizers in this retention pond which feeds into creek along creek’s edge drive. A Beaver lives here in the past and a rare Duck. Caller says that this street has several violations: 2 houses have not mowed the yards; a dumpster has sit in front of one house for 3 months; a 20 foot boat has been parked on the street for weeks, etc. Ms Anderson would like the Compliance Officer to check out this area. She is concerned about accidents once the city constructs the round-about.

Details: There is a large (4" diameter) limb broken and hanging over the paved pathway that goes through Park Ridge East Park. Letter from Ms. Henderson stated that she communicated to Util. Dept. personnel several times that she bought property that previous was on auto withdrawal for payment. She states she was assured that the January bill would not be to the account of previous owners. It was sent to wrong account, however. Ms. Henderson states she has had problems with Util. Dept. personnel in getting account straightened many times. Letter was sent to Mayor Kruzan.
This overpass is an icy mess. Isn’t this city property? I see other reports about this that have been closed; how can you close a report before you fix it? Please fix it or put up a sign naming it Fracture Overpass.
There is still a trip hazard on the overpass, adjacent to the convention center, near the steps. Sometimes there’s a cone over it but the cone goes away. Sometimes there’s a broken cover which is better than nothing. But now there’s nothing at all.
Describe Pothole or Hazard: Multiple pot holes that have been reported for years. To the point that it’s hitting my rim while driving. There are so many you cannot even dodge them. Huge hazard for animals, elderly and children in the area. Something needs to be done!
