We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Missed paying her bill on time, rec'd reminder notice, called TCI 1/5, made arrangements to pay on Friday. On Weds, man came to disconnect service. She called office, they told her could avoid disconnect if she gives him a check. He said he could not take a check, only cash and disconnected her. Her daughter took check in, but TCI won't reconnect 'til next week, is charging fee, and told her they had no supervisor she could talk to. Subs. feels she tried to cooperate & is being trtd unfair.
OTHER, Citizen states that kittens always appear at her trash pick up site, and wanted to check on it.
