Area near the hydrant replacement remains significantly depressed. Is a trip/fall hazard. I was waiting to see if grass would sprout and what that effect would be, but exceptionally minimal grass has grown despite significant moisture and coverage. 4021 E. Morningside Drive
I just took possession of a home I bought as sidewalk construction on E. Morningside was being completed. The home is at 4021 E. Morningside. It is my understanding the City redid part of the driveway after having to destroy it for sidewalk work. Unfortunately it appears a corner of the drive (front right / SE) is already cracking/chipping/spalling (see photo). I'm requesting the City patch this up before it continues to flake (not huge now but would like addressed so as not to spread) as an area driven over frequently. Otherwise looks fantastic and very happy with the new sidewalk and drive portion. Great neighborhood addition.
Hydrant at Sheffield and Morningside is leaking.
Street light at the corner of Kinser Pike and Acuff Road blinks on and off at night, in approximately 20 to 30 second intervals. Rather annoying, and could be dangerous.
Missed pick-up/yard waste:
Citizen is 82 yrs old. Lives in newly annexed area but still has septic. Her septic tank is failing, wants to know what to do. Now that she's in City, will she get sewer? If so, when? She needs to be contacted asap because she's scheduled for surgery soon and needs to take care of this.

W-B/MISSED PICK-UP/YARD WASTE: LAST WEEK, ONE CAN OF YW WAS AT CURB WITH TAG. YOU TOOK THE TAG, BUT DIDN'T TAKE YW. SHE HAS PLACED THE YW OUT AGAIN TODAY WITHOUT TAG. PLEASE PICK UP THURS. THANK YOU.
Other/Other: Resident states that last week sticker was taken off of her yard waste can and the yard waste was not picked-please pick up this week without the stickers. Thanks
