This house has had several bags of trash in their yard for over a month. Animals have gotten into it and spread it around and instead of putting it in their trash cans (which are right next to the torn bags) they continue to ignore it and trash has been spreading down the sidewalk and the street.
Shrub on corner is so overgrown it makes it difficult to stay on the sidewalk.

Dumpster is not in the containment area. Tenants are throwing trash into the containment area and it looks nasty.
When uReport case #184684 was submitted, the interface assigned it to the wrong address when the map was clicked on. The tree of issue is on the east side of Dunn, right by the parking lot for 502 E. 12th Street and standing on the NW corner of the lot for 820 N. Dunn. There is poison ivy on the north side of the tree, with many other invasive plants growing all around the base of it.
