Courtesy Pick up. Resident originally stated that recycling was out by 7 am then that it was out when everyone else's was out. I explained to resident that it had to be out by 5 am and no later. I advised resident that we would do one courtesy pickup but would not be able to pick up again. BC picked up.

Recycables and non-recycables waste mixed. Recycable items not properly sorted. Not picked up due to these reasons.
Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in stating she was missed again. I asked her whether or not she had actually placed the items at the curb and she said yes. I advised that we would do a courtesy pick up this time but would not be able to do one again in the future. BP went out to pickup and miss out and stated that the yard waste was next to the resident's backdoor and nowhere near the curb.
