NW corner 1st and Henderson. A very large and very dead maple tree hangs over sidewalk and street. Neighbors are very concerned about falling dead limbs or possibly the entire tree given we are headed into the windy/icy/snow season.

Mr. Itter has expressed concern about his neighbors, who apparently had trash in their yard. After picking up the trash, the residents put it out to be picked up, but without stickers. Mr. Itter wanted HAND and Sanitation to be aware of this.

HIGH WEEDS NEED TO BE CUT DOWN, AS ITS A PROBLEM DUE TO WILD ANIMALS HANGING IN THEM. AS I SAW A GROUNDHOG COMING IN AND GOING IN THEM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL SUMMER.
