Continuous trash blowing around neighborhood history of diaper. Animal got into this last night I know a dog that died from eating a plastic diaper. I asked her to clean it up. I want Meridian Tempo properties notified. They sent out an email asking residents not to set trash outside this needs to become a by-law children play back there it’s unsanitary; management email is [email protected]
