I received a call from someone who didn't want to give me their name, but said this address leaves their cans at the curb and there is trash blowing everywhere making a mess.

This is a downtown building, very visible and covered with graffiti. It is the building that houses Social Cantina restaurant.
To whom it may concern, I am the building manager at 908 N. Walnut St. Bloomington, IN 47402 we are thinking of selling our property but did not know if there was any ordinances for putting up a for sale sign. If you could let me know that would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at: dan.d@39dn.com or give me a call at: 574-993-2560. Thanks and have a great day!
Blocked sidewalks. What can be done legally by a citizen to move these scooters from blocking sidewalks and on private property ? The elderly and disabled especially need to be protected! My email is debphelps@att.net. Thank you
This morning, my large recycling bin had been shoved through my lawn with such force that it left a 15" gouge. I can't imagine this was done by a person pushing the bin. I believe it was caused by the lifting arm of the truck being used to push the bin across the sidewalk. I witnessed the arm being used in this way a few weeks ago when the same bin was pushed with such force that its wheels snapped off and had to be repaired by the sanitation department. I would like someone to investigate the way the truck arms are being used and train the sanitation crews to avoid damaging property. I would also like someone to patch my lawn.
