Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service."

There is trash everywhere, blowing everywhere, etc. Thank you for addressing this continuing issue that was not an issue until these units became rented.

The tenants in the new rentals at 1204 N. College and surrounding, are parking in the alley and in the grass.

The bench on the Creeks Edge path has collapsed. It's used regularly by Evergreen residents. It's directly east of the southernmost apartment building on Creeks Edge Dr and between the .25 and .5 mile markers on the path.
