Traffic Signals:

Other: Traffic signal hasn't been working properly for many months. Loop sensor for southbound S. High Street left turn arrow for left turn onto E. Moores Pike doesn't work so the signal cycles every few minutes to that left turn arrow regardless of whether or not there are any cars waiting. This then causes needless hold up of cars heading north on High Street and all traffic on Hillside/Moores Pike.
