Other: In November I had reported an issue with the traffic signal at Hillside/High St. (Case #199372). It was closed as resolved, but the issue has never been corrected. There is an issue with the sequencing of the light phasing. The cars heading south High St. always receive a left turn signal, regardless if there is a car sitting in the turn lane. The north/south bound lanes already receive a significantly less phase time (understandably so given the traffic on Hillside), but this creates an even shorter phase for cars going north on High St., especially with the no turn on reds posted at this intersection. Can the phasing of this light be addressed so that the southbound traffic doesn't receive a left turn signal unless there is a car in the turn lane?
This issue will be resolved once we upgrade the traffic signal with an upcoming project. Thank you
