Other: There is a history of this traffic light incorrectly perceiving a vehicle traveling south on High Street in the lefthand turn lane wishing to turn onto Eastbound Moores Pike. It's been reported and fixed at least once in the past, but the issue has returned and has been present for several months at least. The result is the left turn arrow coming on unnecessarily. This delays northbound traffic on High Street as there is often no southbound vehicle trying to make a left turn. (To drivers on northbound High Street, it appears as though all directions of the light are red simultaneously since there is no traffic flow.) Any help in fixing this would be appreciated by many.
