The snow from the street in front of me has been plowed up in front of my mailbox. I'm a senior citizen and paid to get my driveway cleaned but can't pay someone else to plow the snow away from mailbox

Ice on sidewalk requiring walking in the street to pass. This is a major student apartment complex so should have the resources to keep their sidewalks clear.
Customer thinks there might be a sink hole over the City sewer line and wants it checked.
My mailbox was taken out by the snow plows. Both my neighbors on each side of me had their mailboxes taken out as well. Would like to discuss reimbursement. Thank you.
West crosswalk on 3Rd st (where Madison crosses) is covered in snow. Snow berms blocking where the sidewalk meets the crosswalk. Crosswalks are always a pain point when it snows. Is it the city's responsibility or business'/residents' responsibility to clear adjacent sidewalk intersections? I spent a few hours clearing crosswalks downtown yesterday and I am too exhausted to do this one today.

customer doesn't feel she should be responsible for charges from 2000 for and address that was in her name. She owed this property with her mother. It was a rental and the tenants never put the service in there name. She says she never received a bill for this and was unaware of any balance until it showed up on her statement due January 24th 2003.
