A large groundhog has been killed by an auto (I think). Looks to be a few days dead - lying on the sidewalk where pedestrians have to walk around or over it

Citizen called in concerning a strong sewer odor,(also a very strong beer odor) coming from the manhole in front of the Hiron's Building on Morton St.
Alley way off of N Monroe St between 11th & 12th St is full of trash & litter. Also a homeless encampment is located in the same area.
Entrance to Ralph Mills Pool (City owned?) at N. Monroe and W. 14th St. is an old abandoned tennis court with lots of weeds; very unkept and an eyesore.
Water coming up in street. Gas also coming up at intersection of Meadow Lane & Stoneycrest.
Citizen ran over grate and damaged car.
Sewer odor on the whole street of Martha in Matlock Heights.
Complaint for N. Maple/17th St.
Tenants moved out and left a large pile of trash, sofas, etc. blocking the sidewalk on North Madison Street between 15th and 16th Streets. Mr. Napier said that you can't miss it.
