We recently had a tree removed from the spot shown,  as well as having a tree trimmed on the other side of our driveway. The tree that was removed was rotted out as it was deemed unsafe. We moved to this location in 2019 with a new baby on the way. Fast forward 2 years and just after the tree was removed by the City  of Bloomington, our now 2 y/o plays in front of our house and has now fallen multiple times because of the drop off on the sidewalk due to the tree roots that have lifted the sidewalk. Additionally, small animals have now made this area their home. This is the same problem on the opposite side of our driveway by the electrical boxes due to overgrown root systems of trees that were frankly too large to plant in there specific spots.The lift in the sidewalk from the tree roots has caused a major trip/fall hazards that are at least a 6in drop. Please advise.

This is being resubmitted because the HOA Board of Directors has noted the issue has not been resolved, as reported via email (screenshot attached). Hazardous sidewalk in front of 2001 S Ramsey Drive in Cameron Row HOA Community. We’ve had large trucks run over our curbs repeatedly and the neighbors have also had issues with trucks going on their yard and damaging their property. We were told poles or other barriers couldn’t be put in place ironically until there is an accident first. But I am writing to request that a no large vehicles over a certain size or with carriers attached be allowed to turn there. The attached photo is the specific truck as it ran the curb from EMI

Sidewalk that crosses driveway is broken up. Looks like it was broken up for water service line work. Some asphalt was placed in the driveway but sidewalk was left as gravel/sand..

The sidewalks at 2404 and 2410 E Covenanter Drive are being pushed up several inches by tree roots. Can they be filed down to make the sidewalk less jagged, or be painted to indicate the tripping hazard? Thank you!

the s idewalk between my house and the house at 1620 has sunken, that is two sections of the concrete have sunk creating a sudden and severe dip resulting in people tripping, and causing a small pond to be created each time it rains. Could we please get this thing repaired? Thanks.
