Report Case #159586 This has been an ongoing issue. The creek, once again, is very cloudy and dirty. It was clear yesterday (2/1/19) and is like this today.

167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. The street light at 2444 E. Rock Creek Drive is not working. Once in awhile it will come on for a short time.

#16842111 is the last case number for the same problem. The creek behind our house is once again dirty. This has been checked before and happens intermittently and I try to report it when I see it. Apparently, someone upstream is doing something they shouldn't be doing.

Sweet repeats has several temp signs without permit

Dumpster everyday overflows with trash and has debris scattered around dumpster, including rotting food and hypodermic needles. Area requires being picked up daily. Monroe County Health informed caller that he needed to speak with HAND. If problem unresolved, caller will contact us again.

Dogs never taken out and apartment full of shit and piss. As well as 226 always yelling at her little dog as well as smoking drugs in front of her.
