Claire Robertson states that there is a parking problem on South Rose Avenue between Hunter Avenue & Atwater Avenue. There should be no parking on the East side of Rose in this block. The block to the North is currently no parking on the East side and this block should be consistent. The road is too narrow to accommodate parked vehicles as well as through traffic. There are not very many homes that front Rose Avenue.

Moody Drive is not wide enough to accommodate parked cars on both sides of the street as well as through traffic. There are a few rentals in the area that have excessive vehicles that park on the street causing problems for cars to get through. She is also concerned about emergency vehicles. The residents have driveways.

Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection. Location 1008 E Thornton Dr.; Public safety/ traffic/ residential parking issue: Large amount of shoulder stone has eroded away due to to water run off from the street. Creating a large rut and beginning to undermine the edge of the steets pavement. (avg. 50'x1'x1') with the stone being washed towards Henderson St. then into the storm sewer system. This issue has been reported on multiple occasions over the last year by multiple residents.
