There's an off white Chrysler 300 that's been parked here for about 5 years now. It's makes navigating on the road difficult and neighbors have problems getting into driveways. It appears to also have been struck by cars multiple times as well.
When heading west on 2nd street at corner of 2nd and Rogers, the signal to turn south on Rogers is not working and has not worked in over a month.

There is a permanent sign located at 645 North College advertizing the C & C Gifts business located at 644 North Morton Street
dumpster overflowing, trash blowing out of it and across properties
weeds overgrown, complained four to five weeks ago, was trimmed, now grown back
Corner of Moore's Pike and College Mall Rd, in the grass: 2 signs, one is for Camp Rock; and of course there still are the 3 We Buy Houses signs on utility poles on at the same intersection, but on the Sare Rd side.
Trash has been picked thru and is strewn about the area.
