He knows there is a storm pipe running through the side yard and opens at the railroad ditch but it doesn't seem to go anywhere after that.

Greetings, there is a small piece of land owned by the city directly next to 202 E Ridgeview Dr. It has not been maintained in a very long time. The grass is very over grown, a large tree is dead and has large falling limbs and it is the perfect hiding place for rodents and other pests.
